Paradise Pet, Inc was established to provide our customers with the healthiest foods, best products and highest quality of pet-animals ever assembled in one store. We are not a full line Pet Supply. We specialize in all natural bird, cat and dog foods, as well as hand-fed, tame baby birds. We try to sell the best supplies for each animal as well. Our prices are very competitive and are often lower than the Super Pet Stores. However, we are not in competition with Super Pet Stores because they don't sell what we sell. We are a specialty store. We want you to feel at home when you walk through our door. We want to give each and every customer the attention they deserve. We want to provide you with unmatched pet care knowledge. We can and will answer all your questions - from dog/cat training to nutrition to bird care. Our focus is always the customer. We will assist you in choosing the right pet, the right food or the right supply for you and your pet. We have certain rules that we follow. Below are some examples of what to expect from our store as it relates to what we sell and who we sell to.

• We do not sell animals to anyone under the age of 18 without parent permission.

• We only sell Dog and cat foods that contain human grade ingredients, natural preservatives and no ambiguous by-products. We also sell human grade bird seed and food as well. We also carry human grade vitamins and supplements.

• We offer special ordering at no charge to you. We have a small shop and can not carry a lot of overstock.

• We reserve the right to deny sale to potential consumers. For example, if we feel that you are choosing an animal that may not suit your lifestyle, we will deny you that animal and propose an animal that better suits your lifestyle. We love our animals and we want to sell them to homes that they will have the best chance to live long, healthy and happy lives. Please do not be offended if this affects you.

• If you are purchasing a bird, especially a larger parrot, you must visit with your bird at least three times to ensure it is a good match for both you and the bird. This also gives us the opportunity to help you prepare your home and answer any questions you may have.

• We believe that animals should eat what nature intended them to eat, along with a variety of natural supplements.

• We firmly believe that dogs and cats should only eat RAW food. Since this is not feasible to all pet owners, we carry high quality processed food that is far superior to the commercial brands that are publicly advertized.
